| The board of directors has adopted Articles of Dissolution for the purpose of dissolving the non-profit corporation known as the Disabled Dachshund Society. All financial operations will cease by December 31, 2007.
The current raffle is canceled and all funds collected are being returned. Any 2008 paid membership dues are also being returned. The remaining funds of the organization are being donated to the Humane Society together with various other assets except used carts. Used carts are being donated to All Texas Dacshund Rescue. Thanks to all our past supporters. To you, who graciously donated time and money to this organization, we thank you and wish you well. We will attempt to keep this website and message board open as long as interest exists. |
